Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) jar processed cheese spread
    1 can condensed mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 (5 oz.) can condensed milk
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet over medium heat, saute onions, celery and broccoli for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Stir in cheese, soup and canned milk until smooth.
    Put cooked rice in greased 8-inch square baking dish. Pour cheese mixture over.
    Do not stir.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
