Golfer'S Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. plain flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding (or lemon if you prefer)
    3 c. milk
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients well with hands (crust).
    Press down firmly in dish.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes until light brown at 350\u00b0.
    Cream together with mixer the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
    Spread over pecan crust.
    Beat with fork until thick the pudding with milk.
    Fold in Cool Whip, then pour over cream cheese mixture.
    Spread remainder of Cool Whip on top.
    Chill 3 to 4 hours.
