Beat And Eat Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine egg white, sugar and cream of tartar in mixing bowl. Add boiling water and beat until thick and fluffy. Add vanilla. Frosts a 9-inch cake.
