Green Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    4 tsp. oil (peanut or other)
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 small medium onion, chopped
    2 cans (28 oz. each) green tomatoes
    2 cans (4.5 oz. each) diced green chiles
    3/4 c. beef broth
    cumin (pinch)
    garlic powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
