Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
    garlic to taste
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. flat noodles
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    6 green onions
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef in butter until crumbly. Add salt, sugar, pepper, garlic and tomato sauce. Cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Cook noodles; drain. Chop green onions (use tops, too) and mix with sour cream and cream cheese. After meat sauce has cooled, grease 2-quart casserole and alternate layers: first, noodles; second, cheese mixture; third, meat sauce. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until bubbly. Serves 6 to 8.
