Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 head cauliflower
    1 small head lettuce
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Break head of cauliflower into small pieces in bottom of bowl. Break lettuce into bite-sized pieces and put over cauliflower. Add chopped onions and bacon.
    Sprinkle sugar over bacon.
    Add layer of cheese, top with mayonnaise.
    Spread to seal.
    Chill. Toss before serving.
