Oven Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 doz. eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. diced ham, sausage or crumbled bacon
1 c. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
In oven, melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix ingredients and pour into buttered pan.
Bake eggs about 35 to 45 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
