Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
3 c. flour
1 c. butterscotch morsels (optional)

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Blend in eggs and vanilla.
Blend in soda, cream of tartar, flour and butterscotch morsels.
Bake 8-10 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
