Kristin'S Mussels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. mussels
    3 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 oz.) bottle clam juice
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Clean and discard open or broken mussels.
    In a large pot, fry garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes.
    Add clam juice.
    Bring to boil.
    Add mussels, parsley, basil and butter.
    Stir.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes.
