Rice Risati - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 stick butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    2 cans beef bouillon
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion lightly in butter.
    Add rice and brown.
    Combine all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, and pour into baking dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
    Add cheese and stir lightly.
