Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 lb. pepperoni
    grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Roll out dough in a 12 x 16-inch rectangle.
    Combine egg and Parmesan cheese.
    Brush dough with mixture.
    Cover dough with pepperoni.
    Sprinkle on Mozzarella cheese.
    Roll up dough.
    Put seam side down on cookie sheet.
    Brush with egg mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes until golden brown.
