Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 c. cooked, cubed potatoes
    4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    3 c. cubed ham (optional)
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in butter until soft.
    Stir in flour. Add milk and cook, stirring until mixture boils and is thickened. Stir in parsley, salt, pepper and 1 cup cheese.
    Combine potatoes, eggs and ham in 3-quart casserole.
    Pour sauce over potatoes and eggs; mix.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
