Steak On A Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless sirloin steak
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. sherry
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    commercial toasted rolls
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak.
    Cut into 36 (1 1/2-inch) cubes.
    Set aside.
    Combine remainder of ingredients, except toasted rolls, in a large, shallow dish.
    Add steak.
    Cover and marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
    Drain steak, reserving marinade.
