Chocolate Glaze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation

Heat chocolate and butter over low heat until melted.
Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Add hot water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until glaze is at desired consistency.
May be used with cake or ice cream.
