Cheese-Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 eggs
    milk
Preparation
    Cook grits in 1 cup of boiling water, with salt, until slightly thickened.
    Beat into margarine and cheese.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add enough milk to eggs to measure 1 cup liquid.
    Add egg mixture to grits.
    Pour into greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields 8 servings.
