Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 1/2 c. veggies of your choice
    2 c. American cheese
    1/2 c. onions
    1 (12 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 pkg. original Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Flatten crescent rolls on cookie sheet.
    Bake as directed. Let cool.
    Spread cream cheese mix over top.
    Sprinkle cream cheese, veggies and onions over the top. Cut into 1 x 1-inch squares and serve.
