Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    5 tsp. Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. table salt
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 tsp. whole mustard seed
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped peppercorns or 2 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Mix again. Refrigerate another 24 hours.
    Shape into 5 loaves.
    Place loaves on pan so grease can drain away.
    Bake at 150\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Turn over and bake 4 more hours.
