Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1/2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Swiss or Mozzarella)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    8 medium to large yellow squash
Preparation
    Gently boil squash (whole) until tender.
    Let cool slightly, then slice lengthwise and scoop out pulp into bowl.
    Cook sausage and chopped onion; drain off excess oils.
    Add to pulp of squash, then add stuffing mix.
