Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham cracker crust
    1 small pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 large can chilled evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve lemon jello in hot water.
    Set aside and cool (do not refrigerate).
    Mix together cream cheese and sugar; add cooled jello and mix until smooth.
    Beat chilled evaporated milk until thick; add vanilla.
    Combine the 2 mixtures together and fold until smooth.
    Pour in crust and chill.
