Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can very small English peas, drained
    1 (10 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can French-cut string beans
    1 large jar pimento, diced
    1 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Bring to a rolling boil.
    Cool.
    Pour over vegetables; toss and chill.
    (This is better if you allow the vegetables to marinate overnight.)
