Saute Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium carrots (finger length slices)
    4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Peel and slice carrots and cook until almost tender (but not completely done); drain.
    In skillet add butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Melt and stir together.
    Add drained carrots and saute for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly to keep from burning or sticking.
