Beef And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    6 green onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain and rinse.
    Cook meat in butter until done.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic and tomato sauce.
    Simmer about 5 minutes.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles.
    Alternate layers of noodles and meat sauce in a shallow 2-quart casserole.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
