Pineapple Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 canned unsweetened pineapple spears
    5 oz. thinly sliced lean turkey or ham
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. low-sugar grape spread
    1/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Wrap 1/2 ounce of ham or turkey around each pineapple spear. Fasten with toothpicks.
    Combine catsup, grape spread, mustard and pineapple juice.
    Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce over each pineapple spear.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 minutes. Use any remaining sauce for dripping.
    Yield:
    10 roll-ups. Serving size:
    2 roll-ups.
