Quick-And-Easy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. water
    1 c. milk
    1 (6.5 oz.) pkg. instant mashed potato flakes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
    1 tsp. fresh or frozen chopped chives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine water and milk in a heavy saucepan.
    Bring to boil. Remove from heat.
    Stir in potato flakes.
    Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients, stirring until blended.
    Cover potatoes and keep warm.
