Glazed Pork Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork loin roast
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Rub flour and seasonings
    into roast.
    Place roast, fat side up, in a shallow
    roasting pan (no water).\tRoast, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 until meat thermometer registers 185\u00b0.
    Allow 35 to 40 minutes per pound.\tAbout
    one hour before end of roasting time, mix applesauce,
    sugar
    and
    spices
    and spread over roast. Return to oven until done.
