Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ore-Ida hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oleo (optional)
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes well. In pan, melt oleo, add soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Mix with potatoes and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan (or large casserole).
    Do not cover.
    Bake at 420\u00b0 for 45 minutes or 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
