Easy Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    1 deep dish pie crust
    9 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 c. cooked vegetable (optional)
    1/4 c. sliced almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (not frothy) and pour into uncooked pie crust.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool before cutting.
    Freezes nicely!
