Lumber Jack Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Lumber Jack sausage, sliced to bite size
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 medium potatoes, chopped
    1 chopped onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. water or more
Preparation
    Combine vegetables and sausage with water.
    Cook until tender. Add mushroom soup and simmer 1 hour.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
