Mexican Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 lb. Mexican Velveeta, softened
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 small can chopped black olives
    1 bunch chopped green onions (save some for garnish)
Preparation
    Spread Velveeta between wax paper with a rolling pin.
    Spread on cream cheese.
    Sprinkle on black olives, green chilies and chopped onions.
    Roll up.
    Fix cracks while you roll.
    Garnish and serve with Ritz crackers.
    Makes 2 rolls.
