Pita Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large green pepper, chopped
1 lb. bacon, diced and fried
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 pkg. pita bread
Preparation

Mix first three ingredients.
Slit pita bread and spread with cheese mixture.
Cut into squares or triangles.
Place on cookie sheets and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Can be frozen before baking.
Put in freezer bags and keep frozen
until you wish to bake them.
