Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cream-style corn
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 or 3 hot peppers, chopped
    1/2 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour half the batter into a greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inches).
    Sprinkle the cheese over the top and add remaining batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
