Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can chilies, chopped
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, oil, corn, chilies, cheese and onion; blend well. Add dry ingredients, stirring only until moist. Bake in a 10-inch skillet at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
