Casserole Rabbit And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. beer
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. browned bread crumbs
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bring to boil, then reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
    Skim fat before making gravy.
