Country Style Steak In The Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, tenderized
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. water
Preparation

Cut steak into serving portions.
Coat with four.
Brown on both sides in shortening in skillet.
Place in crock pot. Sprinkle onion over steak.
Add soup and water to pan drippings in skillet; mix well.
Pour over steak.
Cook on low for 6 hours or until steak is tender.
