Dressing For Summer Fruit Plate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon
    1 lime
    1 orange
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine juice and grated rind of fruits to egg and sugar that have been beaten.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 1 minute; remove and cool.
    Arrange variety of cut up fruits on platter or on small, individual plates. Drizzle dressing on top.
    May sprinkle with nuts or coconut.
