Boston Baked Haddock Or Flounder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 1/2 lb. haddock or flounder fillets
1 can drained and rinsed small shrimp
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
-
Mix cracker crumbs with butter or margarine.
Spread over fillets.
Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Sprinkle on small shrimp.
Spread on can of cream of mushroom soup.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serves 4.
