Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lb. chicken
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Marinate chicken 24 hours, turning once.
    Drain and bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
