Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 firm tomatoes
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes in half crosswise.
    Mix together bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons oil.
    Spread mixture on the cut side of tomatoes.
    Arrange in an oiled shallow baking pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining olive oil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
