Mini Pecan Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream 1 cup margarine and cream cheese. Blend in flour.
    Chill dough 1 hour. Shape into 48 balls. Press dough into mini ungreased muffin tins; shape to form little pie shells. Beat together eggs, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons margarine and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Fill each shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until filling is set. Cool and remove from pans.
