Crustless Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Combine pumpkin, milk and eggs; blend well.
Mix in sugar and spices, again blending well.
Stir in crumbs.
