Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can chunked pineapple and juice
    1 green pepper, cut into small pieces
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown the pork in large frying pan in oil.
    Add water, cover and cook 30 minutes.
    Mix in bowl the juice from pineapple, green pepper, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce and salt.
    Add mixture to pork with chunk pineapple and bring to a boil.
    Serve over hot rice.
