Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or pork
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Brown and drain meat.
    Mix together the tomatoes, soup and cheese.
    Cover and microwave on High for 6 minutes, stirring halfway through and after it's done.
    Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
    Great if kept in crock-pot.
