My Favorite Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. elbow macaroni
1 (12 oz.) block Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 small block cream cheese, cut into tiny chunks
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil macaroni noodles until tender.
While noodles are boiling, mix beaten eggs and milk until well blended.
Add salt and pepper to milk and egg mixture.
Mix together noodles and milk mixture, adding cream cheese and 3/4 of the Cheddar cheese.
(Save other 1/4 for topping.)
Mix well and finish by sprinkling remaining Cheddar cheese on top of macaroni.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, then raise temperature to 400\u00b0 to brown cheese on top, approximately 10 minutes.
