Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
4 c. milk
2 eggs
4 to 6 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 or 2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Place rice in greased baking dish or pan; spread.
Add beaten eggs, margarine, sugar, salt, vanilla, milk and raisins.
Stir in pan with fork.
Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
May add about 1 cup more milk if it seems too dry.
