Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. carrots, grated
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. white sugar
2 c. self rising flour
1 c. black walnuts
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. walnut extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until blended smooth.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
