Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1-1/2 lb. crab meat
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    1 c. cream
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins
    1 tsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sherry wine
Preparation
    Put crab meat in double boiler, add butter, onions, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes.
    Heat milk and add to crab mixture.
    Stir and add cream and Lea & Perrins.
    Add flour and sherry, stirring all together well.
    Cook over a low flame for about 30 minutes. Turn into a tureen.
    Makes 8 servings.
