Frosted Cashew Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 c margarine or butter, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. salted cashews, halved
    brown butter frosting
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a cookie sheet lightly.
    Mix baking mix, brown sugar, sour cream, margarine, egg and vanilla.
    Stir in cashews.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until no indentation remains when touched. Cool for 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet.
    Cool completely. Frost with Browned Butter Frosting.
    Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
