Linguine With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 can chopped clams
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    large pinch oregano
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley or 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. plain yogurt or sour cream
    1 Tbsp. butter
    grated Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. linguine
Preparation
    Put linguine on to boil.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Drain clams and reserve liquid.
    Saute garlic for 1 minute.
    Add clams, oregano and parsley.
    Simmer for 1 minute more.
    Add lemon juice and juice from clams.
    Simmer for a minute or two; stir in yogurt and remove from heat.
    Toss linguine with butter over low heat. Serve with clam sauce and Parmesan cheese.
