Sweet And Sour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless beef, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Stir beef, flour and salt in 2-quart casserole until beef is coated.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Microwave, covered, on High for 5 minutes.
    Reduce power to Medium (50%) and microwave until beef is tender, 50 to 60 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
