Soft Chocolate Chunk Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    1/3 c. smooth peanut butter
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. walnuts or peanuts, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chunks
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 2 baking sheets. Combine flour and baking soda.
    Beat butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg and vanilla.
    Stir in flour mixture, walnuts or peanuts and chocolate.
    Drop 2 tablespoons batter per cookie onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
    Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until golden brown around edges.
    Cool on sheets for about 3 minutes.
    Transfer to racks to cool.
